Committed to technological innovation in healthcare, SOIK has launched the testing phase of its new platform, SPAQ2.0 — an intelligent solution designed to improve prenatal care for pregnant women through the use of artificial intelligence.

The initial trials are currently underway in Pont Wamba and Kitongi, two localities in the Kwango province of the Democratic Republic of Congo. SPAQ2.0 enables frontline healthcare workers to collect and analyze vital data in real time, allowing for early detection of potential complications such as preeclampsia or placenta praevia.

"SPAQ2.0 is built for real-world conditions — where resources are limited but the needs are urgent. It's a technology that assists, not replaces, local caregivers," said SOIK’s medical agent.

The solution is mobile, usable offline, and aligns with a broader vision: making quality maternal care accessible to all women, regardless of where they live.

SOIK Corporation SARL plans to continue testing through the end of 2025, with the goal of scaling up the deployment in the following phase.
