The 3rd Japan-Africa Public-Private Economic Forum, co-hosted by Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), JETRO, and the Government of Côte d’Ivoire, was held on December 16–17, 2024.
SOIK was selected as one of five Japanese startups to present at the event. CEO Furuta delivered a presentation during the opening session, which took place prior to the keynote speech by the Prime Minister. The presentation garnered significant attention from government officials, business leaders, and other stakeholders from participating countries.
The forum welcomed approximately 1,200 participants from 40 countries, including high-ranking ministers from African nations, the Prime Minister of Côte d’Ivoire, representatives from the Japanese government, and leaders of economic organizations.
SOIK aims to strengthen its collaboration with national governments and international organizations, leveraging international frameworks such as TICAD to provide sustainable solutions to Africa’s healthcare challenges.
